Terry was able to open up his gourmet restaurant ‘Rockafella’ in his home city of Newcastle upon Tyne thanks in great part, to the £250,000 contribution from his victory on Itv’s Hell’s Kitchen.

The restaurant is typically English in its menu, reinforcing Terry’s passion for UK recipes and his fierce support of British dishes and home grown food is something he constantly advocates wherever he appears.

Rockafella’s has eighty covers and is delightfully situated in the shadow of St. Nicholas cathedral and adjacent to Newcastle’s castle. The fabric, appointments and utensils have been sourced worldwide to give the eatery a truly cosmopolitan feel with an unmistakable relaxing quality.

The popularity of the restaurant has been constant since its opening in December 2005 and Terry’s commitment to providing high quality food at an affordable price means this celebrity frequented establishment is available to a wide range of people.

Rockafella - the haunt for celebrities

In fact Rockafella’s has become a celebrity haunt from some well known personalities including, Denice Welch, Tim Healy, Alan Shearer, Lee Clark, Billy Hardy and Glen McRory to name a few.
